A range of therapy and consulting services are available through this website.   Simply click on the details of the relevant service provider to proceed.

All services displayed here are subject to the availability of the relevant service provider and are liable to be withdrawn at any time without notice.   

Bookings
Bookings with the individual service provider can be made by going to the individual service provider's profile.   You will be able to see details of the service provider in question and access their schedule planner.    Go into the schedule planner and left click on the available appointment that you would like to book.    You will be asked to pay through paypal and your booking time and confirmation will be e-mailed to you by return.

Payment
Payments must be made by you through paypal, with your paypal account.     If you do not already have an account set up with paypal, then you can follow the link and create one immediately.     Paypal will debit your credit or debit card and pay the Company.       All payments are therefore made direct to the Company, and not the service provider.  

Cancellation
Cancellation made with less than 12 hours notice of the commencement time of the appointment will lead to a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment fee being charged to you.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible by contacting admin.@consultatherapist.com who will process the cancellation with the service provider and refund 50% of the costs of the appointment.

If cancellation takes place more than 12 hours prior to the commencement time of the appointment, then the full costs of the appointment fee will be refunded, minus the Company's £5.00 administration charges.
